Biometrics:
The Biometrics Section was approved during the 1993 ICSA Board Meeting
and formally established on January 1, 1994. Its purpose is to pursue
the objectives of the ICSA with special interest in biostatistics,
biopharmaceutical statistics and their applications. The officers
consist of the chair and chair-elect for a one-year term, the
secretary and treasurer for a two-year term and an ICSA
Representative to the Board for a three-year term.
The Section publishes a Biometrics Newsletter periodically to report
meeting announcements, activities and other events within the section.
