B. Two payment options.
1. Pay by credit card
Step 1: Fill out the online form.
Step 2: Pay the fee by credit card, then submit the form online.
Step 3: Send the actual electronic advertisement (in pdf, Word, etc.) to oicsa@icsa.org.
2. Pay by check or money order
Step 1: Fill out the online form.
Step 2: Submit the form online and pay the fee by mailing a check/money order to the treasurer.
