Your Arrival at Guangzhou
There will be someone in the airport to greet and direct
all of you. You may choose one of the travel ways (click on "Local
Transportation" for more information) to go to the
Nanyang King's Gate hotel first. We are planing to give each delegate
one-page local travel directions.
About the hotel, most of you will be arranged in Nanyang King's Gate
hotel. If you have registered the conference, a hotel room has been
reserved for you. Please do not worry about your reservation.
The local organizers have booked plenty of rooms for all
conference delegates.
There will be a van moving between Nanyang King's Gate hotel and
Donlord International hotel on December 18, 2010. You should always go to
the Nanyang King's Gate hotel first for registration.

Oversea Guest Accommodations
Due to a large number of delegates, the local organizers have reserved two hotels.
The room rate is 330 RMB/day for both hotels.
Based on the first-register-first-serve rule, we will book rooms in Nanyang King's Gate hotel first (until reaching 200 rooms) and then book rooms in Donlord International Hotel based on your online registration dates.
The hotel reservation deadline has been extended.
The absolute deadline for reserving a hotel room is November 15, 2010.
After November 15, 2010, your hotel room reservation will not be
guaranteed.
