Hotels and Lodging Information

Our conference hotel is The Westin New York Hotel at Times Square, which is conveniently located at 270 West 43rd Street and the Eighth Avenue in New York City. All the scientific programs and short courses will be held there.

The conference rate is $219 per night plus tax, including free in-room high speed internet access. Online reservation will be open on February 28th, 2011. Please click here for Online reservation. The reservation with conference rate will be closed on May 26th, 2011.

 

Note: The hotel rooms at rate $259 are sold out. Only very limited rooms are available at Westin  with a new rate $299 per night plus tax. We have been negotiating with the Manhattan at Times Square Hotel, which will be available at a rate $224 per night plus tax (internet included). To have a contract, we need to estimate our total night room commitment. Please email zj7@columbia.edu if you would like to stay in Manhattan at times square hotel including check-in and check-out dates as soon as possible.
